The Terror Show
About The Terror Show
The Terror Show was formed as part of a theatre project in Jönköping, Sweden, in 1993. Some of the members were in other local bands as well, e.g. Farcical and Shivering Spines. In 1994 the rock musical The Rocky Error Show (the script being a re-working of the classic Rocky Horror Show) was staged at Eldslandet in Jönköping. The band played live during these perfomances, and also did some gigs outside of the theatre stage, as well as playing live in relation to theatrical side projects, such as a puppet theatre play. The original name for the band, as being a part of the stage production, was “Rocky Terror”, but later the band name was changed into The Terror Show. In addition to the members below, several of the actors of the set attributed vocals, when the music was being performed as part of the musical/play.
