Swedish musician and actor, born April 1, 1945 in Sandviken, died June 19, 2005 in Gothenburg.

He was noticed as a musician during the prog wave, when he was first in Nynningen and then in Nationalteatern. He was also one of the front figures in Tältprojektet in 1977. After the prog, he was active as a blues artist in Totta's Bluesband (formed 1977). Näslund gained his great fame among the broad masses of people with his solo records made after 1995.
